What to expect

Each Lumecca IPL session lasts about 30 minutes, making it convenient to fit into your morning or afternoon schedule. A topical cooling gel is applied during the procedure to reduce discomfort.

Following the treatment, your skin may show slight redness or swelling, similar to a mild sunburn, but this usually resolves within a few hours to a day. In the days after, you might observe darkening or crusting of pigmented spots, which will eventually flake off, revealing clearer skin underneath.
