Dr. Breglio grew up in Massachusetts, then completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University where she was a student athlete. She received her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine and her DPhil from the University of Oxford in the NIH Oxford Cambridge Scholars Program. She completed her internship at the University of North Carolina and her dermatology residency at Duke University.

Dr. Breglio is interested in skin cancer development, cancer prevention, and procedures. She is involved in epidemiologic research investigating the development of skin cancers in the United States. On a personal note, she enjoys cooking, sailing, camping, and painting.
